Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a part-time gate attendant to monitor premises and deter unauthorized activity. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with pay of $19–$20 per hour. The role supports security operations across residential and commercial sites, requiring reliability and situational awareness.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premises rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
