Per Mar Security Services in Missouri is hiring security officers of all experience levels to join our growing team. You will monitor premises, deter theft, and enforce rules to protect people and property across our sites.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or corrections is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premises rules and regulations.
• Address individuals engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Report facility issues and request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.

Skills

Familiarity with security equipment

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail
