Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and credentials.
• Monitor access points, cameras, and report entries and incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and manage emergencies as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
