Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain access records.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas and perimeters to identify security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and visitors to support a welcoming environment.
