Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local rules.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points; verify identification and access credentials.
• Maintain visitor, vehicle, and access credential records; issue temporary credentials.
• Respond to incidents and document activities in a calm, procedural manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter per site rules.
