Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor and control access to construction and industrial work areas by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and directing authorized personnel to designated locations.
Operate access-control systems, gates, and entry points; report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, perimeter areas, equipment storage locations, and other designated areas; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
