Job summary

Dave & Buster’s in San Antonio, TX is seeking a part-time Games Support Technician to maintain and repair midway games, assist guests, and keep equipment in top condition.

You will service amusements, load tickets, help guests, communicate with managers, and work flexible hours including weekends; no prior experience required though technical/electrical skills are a plus. Must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Friendly and able to greet Guests with enthusiasm.
• Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain midway games and equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests and respond to questions; provide recommendations as needed.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Midway games.
• Notify Manager of any guest dissatisfaction or maintenance issues.
