Dave & Buster’s in College Station, TX is hiring for a Gaming Support Tech / Midway Tech. You will repair and maintain our games and equipment, assist Guests, and keep the midway running smoothly while delivering a fun guest experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and weekends.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games.
• Inform supervisor of problems and take corrective action when needed.
• Provide timely service while managing wait times for Guests.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Assist Guests with requests and recommendations.
• Bid farewell and invite Guests to return.
• Notify Manager of unhappy Guests.
• Stock, display and secure merchandise in all storage areas.
• Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Midway games.
• Position and set up displays to increase guest traffic.
• Assist with daily maintenance of tech room and storage areas.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly game maintenance.
• Support general store maintenance as directed by management.
• Collaborate with Team Members to maintain a positive work climate.
• Be friendly and able to work during days, nights, and weekends.
• Communicate clearly with Guests and Team Members.
