Job summary

Monumental Sports & Entertainment in Kentucky seeks a part-time Partnership Marketing assistant to support game night duties for Capitals and Wizards events. The role emphasizes photography, activation setup, and guest hospitality.

Qualifications

• Photography experience is helpful.
• Experience in partnership/marketing/promotional/events.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand long and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work Mystics home games including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Partnership staff during game nights and activations.
• Capture photos of in-game signage and activations.
• Assist with setup/breakdown and execution of activations.
• Support the preparation for game-night activations.
• Assist with staffing client receptions, pre-game hospitality, and other special events.
• Manage signage inventory.
• Opportunities to work non-game day events.
• Other duties as assigned.
