Job summary

Aprés Nail is seeking a part-time, full-cycle Recruiter to own hiring for our creative and corporate teams, with warehouse recruiting support as needed. This person will manage the entire candidate journey—from sourcing through offer—while strengthening our employer brand and building long-term talent pipelines in the community.

When not recruiting, they’ll partner with our HR Generalist to ensure a seamless candidate-to-new-hire transition and to support staffing during peak warehouse seasons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting across creative and corporate roles.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion brands preferred.
• Warehouse recruitment experience is a plus.
• Comfortable in part-time capacity and multi-role juggling.
• On-site, Tue-Fri 9 AM-4 PM availability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create clear, compelling job descriptions.
• Source and pipeline candidates across creative, corporate, and warehouse roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews—from resume screen to offer.
• Conduct first-round screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
• Support offer negotiation within approved pay bands and handle references.
• Maintain ATS and provide real-time pipeline updates to hiring managers.
• Facilitate onboarding handoffs from recruiting to HR.
• Build employer brand and keep postings on-brand.
• Build relationships with local schools and attend job fairs.
• Track recruiting metrics and support seasonal planning.
