Responsibilities

• Assist in front‑of‑house operations and ticket sales for events.
• Supervise student staff and coordinate volunteer ushers.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Process ticket orders and handle cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Support night‑of ticket office operations and lobby flow.
• Perform closing duties and reconcile receipts.
