Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• Ability to deal with guests in a professional manner under stress.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests upon arrival, according to restaurant standards.
• Answer telephone communications and take reservations.
• Maintain an accurate waiting list and alert guests when their table is ready.
• Receive payments and process transactions according to policies.
• Complete opening/closing paperwork and side-work.
• May process take-out orders and sell-up where appropriate.
• Routinely clear and reset tables and assist with opening tasks.
• Ensure menus are clean and restocked; inform management when needed.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests as assigned.
