Job summary

Eddie Merlot's is seeking a Busser to support our dining room team with setup, bussing, and ongoing guest service. You will ensure tables are properly prepared, reset between guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment while collaborating with servers and bartenders.

The role requires English proficiency, a neat appearance, and prior hospitality or fine dining experience is preferred. Part-time hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Prefer prior restaurant, fine dining, or customer service experience.
• Professional attire and appearance in keeping with restaurant standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up station and dining room in accordance with standard procedures.
• Maintain an assigned dining room section, but be available to help in other sections as needed.
• Buss, set, and re-set tables according to specifications.
• Deliver bread, refills, and maintain water glasses throughout the shift.
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards for liquor and sanitation.
