Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Previous event setup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and strike all front-of-house event setups in public spaces and meeting rooms according to floorplans and request forms.
• Drop and pick up Ensemble Arts owned equipment for catering events.
• Move and relocate office and public area furniture and other equipment.
• Hang large posters (3 sheets) in exterior cases using a ladder.
• Conduct daily facility walk-through to ensure equipment and furniture are in place.
• Transport client equipment and marketing materials within the buildings on campus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
