The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts Philly is seeking a Part-Time Operations Support to assist the Audience Experience team with daily front-of-house tasks, event setup, and light physical labor across Campus buildings. This entry-level role requires the ability to lift and move equipment, work weekends and evenings, and follow safety protocols while delivering reliable support for rentals, performances, and campus events.

No prior orchestral experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Previous event setup experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and strike front-of-house event setups in public spaces, event spaces, and meeting rooms per floorplans.
• Drop and pick up Ensemble Arts owned equipment for catering department events.
• Move and relocate office and public area furniture as needed.
• Inspect, clean, and repair furniture and equipment when required.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain orderly storage areas.
• Transport client equipment and marketing materials within the campus.
