Job summary

Legends Global in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a part-time events assistant to support setup, changeovers, and daily operations. You will move furniture between spaces and storage, install and remove floor coverings and pipe & drape, and assist with painting and snow removal as needed.

The role requires physical work, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs, and a flexible on-call schedule aligned with event calendars. Apply for a hands-on position supporting event services.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs overhead.
• Ability to push/pull minimum 50 lbs.
• Bend, squat and work in awkward positions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setups, changeovers and operational tasks as directed by the manager or supervisor.
• Move tables, chairs, risers, bleachers, staging and other furniture between event spaces and storage as directed.
• Installation and removal of floor coverings, pipe & drape, bike rack, etc.
• Paintings as needed.
• Snow removal.
• Physical work/heavy lifting is common and required.
• Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
• All other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
