Job summary

The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts Philly (POEA) is seeking a Part-Time Operations Support to assist with daily front-of-house tasks across multiple venues in Philadelphia. This entry-level role involves physical labor to support events, rentals, and performances, with an emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Responsibilities include setting up and striking event spaces, transporting equipment and materials, and maintaining cleanliness and order.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and strike front-of-house event setups in public spaces, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
• Drop and pick up Ensemble Arts owned equipment for events.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed around buildings.
• Hang posters and arrange signage according to floorplans.
• Conduct daily facility walk-throughs to ensure equipment is in place.
• Transport client equipment and marketing materials within the campus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in storage and common-use areas.
