Job summary

The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts is seeking an Entry-Level Operations Support team member to assist daily operations across multiple venues. This role provides physical labor to support front-of-house spaces for events, rentals, and performances in all buildings.

Responsibilities include setting up and striking event spaces, moving furniture, transporting equipment, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and strike front-of-house event setups in public and meeting spaces.
• Move and relocate office and public area furniture as required.
• Transport equipment and marketing materials between buildings.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe storage of equipment and linens.
• Follow safety protocols and communicate with team during shifts.
