Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases and total customer orders.
• Process payments including cash, checks, cards, coupons, and loyalty rewards accurately.
• Weigh and bag customer purchases; ensure proper product handling and safety.
• Maintain front-end duties such as merchandising and cleanliness of check-stand area.
• Explain store programs, promotions and savings to customers; support store policies on security and cash handling.
• May assist with stocking and other department tasks as needed.
