LIVE Hydration Spa in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Front Desk / Client Experience Associate. This part-time role focuses on creating a warm first impression, scheduling, answering inquiries, and guiding clients through our wellness services.

You will work Tue and Thu 2pm–6pm with occasional weekend shifts, helping with memberships and maintaining a tidy front desk and spa space.

LIVE Hydration Spa is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and client-focused Front Desk / Client Experience Associate to join our team.

Our front desk team plays an important role in creating the experience our clients have from the moment they walk through the door. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, communicates well, takes initiative, and can help clients feel comfortable and cared for.

This is a part-time position. We are currently looking for someone who is available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2pm - 6pm, along with some weekend shifts. Please make sure this availability works for you before applying.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and create a friendly, positive first impression
• Schedule appointments and manage client check-in and checkout
• Answer phone calls, texts, and client questions
• Learn our wellness services and confidently explain options to clients
• Help clients identify services and memberships that fit their goals
• Educate clients about IV therapy, injections, PEMF, red light therapy, peptides, and other wellness services
• Support membership enrollment and client retention
• Keep the front desk and spa clean, organized, and ready for clients
• Assist nurses and other team members as needed
• Follow up with clients and help ensure questions are answered
• Take ownership of problems and help find solutions rather than simply passing them along
