Job summary

The Picklr is seeking a friendly Part-Time Weekend Team Member for Front Desk & Membership Sales at our indoor pickleball club. You will welcome guests, explain membership options, and help new visitors feel at home during busy weekend hours.

This role focuses on weekend coverage, including Saturdays and Sundays. You'll drive membership and merchandise sales, process payments at the front desk, and support event registrations while keeping the club clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, front desk, or sales experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, check in, and provide friendly front desk service.
• Lead tours, explain membership options, and help prospective members find the right fit.
• Drive membership, merchandise, and event sales through engaging conversations.
• Answer member questions, process payments, and operate POS systems.
• Assist with court reservations and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and events.
• Support pro shop sales, merchandise displays, and inventory restocking.
• Keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.
• Build relationships with members and work with teammates to keep busy shifts running smoothly.

$18/hour base pay + unlimited commissions

Looking for a part-time weekend job where you can meet people, build sales skills, and work in an active sports environment? The Picklr is hiring dependable, outgoing team members to welcome guests, grow memberships, and keep our club running smoothly during busy weekends.

From leagues and lessons to tournaments and events, weekends bring plenty of activity. You'll help members get where they need to go, introduce new guests to the club, and make every visit welcoming and enjoyable.

Schedule Requirements

Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to stay organized during peak hours are essential.
