The Picklr is an indoor pickleball club seeking a Front Desk & Membership Sales Team Member. We offer a base pay of $18/hour with unlimited commissions, plus perks like a free membership after milestones and employee discounts. Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, front desk, or sales experience is helpful, but experience is not required.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced club environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, manage check-ins, and provide front desk service.
• Lead club tours, explain membership options, and help prospective members find the right fit.
• Drive membership, merchandise, and event sales through helpful, engaging conversations.
• Answer questions, process payments, and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Assist with court reservations and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments.
• Support pro shop sales, merchandise displays, and inventory restocking.
• Keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.
• Build relationships with members and support a welcoming club community.

Front Desk & Membership Sales Team Member | Full-Time or Part-Time | The Picklr

Enjoy meeting new people, making connections, and working in an active sports environment? The Picklr is hiring full-time and part-time team members to welcome guests, grow memberships, and help deliver an outstanding indoor pickleball experience.
