Qualifikationen

• Two-five years of experience as a receptionist in an office environment.

• Greet and check in/out visitors; answer and direct phone calls.
• Oversee the mailroom and distribution of packages for students, faculty, and staff.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer inquiries to appropriate departmental representatives.

• Be familiar with ASMS policies and emergency procedures and implement as needed.
