Studio on Willow in Little Silver, NJ is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our studio. You will greet clients, answer phones, and manage appointment scheduling in a busy, community-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, is reliable and punctual, and comfortable using scheduling software and POS systems. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist/front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, POS systems, or willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player.
• Ability to multitask in a busy, client-facing environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
• Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions.
• Assist with client inquiries and general studio information.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily studio operations.
