Job summary

Wellness Studios Inc is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to join our clinic on a part-time schedule. You will greet clients, book appointments, answer calls, and collect payment information while providing warm, efficient service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Part-time shifts include Thursday and Friday 4:00 PM–6:00 PM and Saturday 10:30 AM–6:00 PM until closing or last client.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
