Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Manage front-desk access activities, greet visitors, verify credentials, issue badges, and direct individuals.
• Monitor entry activity, visitor logs, and security systems from a front-desk post and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor access, deliveries, and incidents with professional communication.
