Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Full Time Information Desk in Omaha, NE. You will greet visitors, manage access, and provide professional customer service at a logistics/distribution site from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM on weekdays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, verify IDs and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access to the facility and direct deliveries, reporting anomalies to site staff.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow site procedures, informing leadership as needed.
