Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution site in Omaha, Nebraska. You will welcome visitors, verify credentials, monitor access, and provide professional customer service while helping maintain a secure site operations environment.

As a Security Officer, you will work a set schedule including Fri/Sat/Sun shifts, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a logistics and distribution site.
• Manage the front desk: greet visitors, verify access, issue credentials, maintain records.
• Monitor access points, calls, alarms, and cameras; report concerns to site contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents or emergencies following site procedures.
• Support orderly movement of visitors, vendors, and deliveries and deter unauthorized access.
