Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Service Desk in Omaha, NE. You will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security procedures at a logistics and distribution site.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the logistics and distribution location, verify visitor and contractor credentials, issue badges as authorized, and maintain accurate entry records.

Responsibilities

• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and inquiries; communicate relevant information to appropriate site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report suspicious activity, policy concerns, and/or access issues to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
