Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Lobby Security in Omaha, NE. You’ll greet visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and support a professional, secure environment while delivering excellent customer service.

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will use our systems to document security information, respond calmly to incidents, and collaborate with site leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, associates, and vendors by following site-specific access-control procedures and front-desk policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry activity, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, and provide general site information while maintaining a professional front-desk presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner per emergency procedures.
• Document security-related incidents and report unusual activity to site leadership.
