Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Front Desk Security Guard in Omaha, NE. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service while using computer tools.

The role is part-time with a day/evening schedule at a logistics & distribution site. Minimum requirements include 6 months of security experience, ability to use a computer or tablet, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk access.
• Verify credentials and issue visitor badges.
• Monitor entry activity and security systems from a front-desk post.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergency situations.
• Maintain records of visitor access and security events.
