Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and communicate access concerns or unusual activity to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Assist with answering phones, receiving deliveries, providing basic location information, and documenting daily activities and incidents in accordance with site requirements.
