Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Security Officer – Lobby Reception in New Orleans, LA. You will greet residents and visitors, enforce access control, and maintain a professional, secure front desk environment.

Work hours are Sat and Sun 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Requirements include at least 6 months security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and a

• 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor the front desk area, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns as needed.
