Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.

• Background check and drug screening required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access, greet visitors, and direct them at the front desk.
• Verify visitor credentials and issue passes per site procedures.
• Communicate observations and service needs to leadership.
