Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by enforcing site-specific security procedures and access control policies.
• Monitor and control access to the retail location; verify credentials and maintain records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and security concerns following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, exits, sales areas, stockrooms, and surrounding perimeter.
• Report hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership.
