Qualifications

• State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by following site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
• Monitor access to the building, greet and screen visitors, verify authorization, and maintain visitor logs and/or issue access credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Monitor building activity, cameras, communications systems, and access-control equipment, reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns to site management and leadership.
• Support front-desk operations by answering phones, providing directions, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate incident and activity documentation.
