Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer at a premier hotel/resort location in Honolulu, HI. You will patrol assigned areas, respond to alarms and incidents, and provide welcoming guest service while maintaining safety and order.

We offer flexible schedules under the Part Time classification, with opportunities to build a consistent routine and gain valuable security experience in a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel guest areas, grounds, parking areas and entrances.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Document observations and communicate information to leadership and location management.
