Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to residential community incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity in accordance with site policies.
• Document observations and report concerns promptly.
