• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk within a logistics and distribution location.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify ID and access authorization, issue credentials.
• Monitor access points, receive deliveries, direct calls, and relay information to staff.
• Respond calmly to incidents following escalation procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence and report suspicious activity.
