Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen per law; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and vendors at the front desk.
• Monitor visitor entry, verify credentials, issue passes, direct guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and incident records; report to site leadership.
• Observe front-desk activity and report maintenance issues.
