Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Lobby Reception in Seaford, DE to provide frontline customer service and monitor access at a government facility. The role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional hours and a pay rate of $17.34 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at a government facility by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access at the front desk, verify visitor authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow emergency response procedures.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general information, and professionally route inquiries to appropriate staff or departments.
• Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns while maintaining a professional and welcoming front-desk presence.
