Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced for Seaford, DE. This role provides reliable hours with the potential to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, offering flexibility for income growth.

As a Lobby Receptionist, you will deliver professional security and customer service at a government facility, maintain front-desk operations, and respond to incidents with calm, proactive support. Pay rate is $17.34 per hour.

Competenze

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at a government facility by carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies.
• Monitor access at the front desk, verify visitor authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow emergency response procedures.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general information, and professionally route inquiries to appropriate staff or departments.
• Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, and security‑related concerns while maintaining a professional and welcoming front‑desk presence.
