Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Concierge in Wilmington, DE to provide reliable, flexible hours and professional front desk service for residents, visitors, and staff.

The role offers part-time shifts with the ability to pick up additional shifts for higher earnings, and includes customer service responsibilities at a residential property. This is an on-site position with background checks and a drug screen required by law where permitted.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, residential property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk and greet residents, guests, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor visitor access, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor logs, and communicate with authorized onsite personnel regarding arrivals.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor front desk activity, report unusual or suspicious activity, and maintain clear and accurate incident documentation.
