Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk and verify access per site procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity and access control systems and visitor management processes.
• Issue visitor credentials and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per site policies.
• Maintain a professional reception area and report security concerns to leadership.
