Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk Credentialing in Reston, VA. The role offers reliable fixed shifts at a site with flexibility to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $30.00 per hour with a part-time schedule that may include day and night shifts, anchored shifts for six months, and potential to earn more across multiple sites. This role emphasizes customer service, access control, and incident response in a dynamic security

Qualifications

• Access control and badge handling experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer or tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology/location site.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify IDs and issue credentials.
• Monitor entry points and cameras, report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Support front-desk communications and admin duties while maintaining professionalism.
