Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk for clients, visitors, drivers, and vendors, following site security procedures.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identifications, issue credentials, and direct individuals according to access-control rules.
• Monitor entry activity and security systems; maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; notify appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional front-desk environment by answering calls and reporting unusual activity to management.
