Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as required.
• Licensing per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors at the front desk by following site procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor authorization, issue credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Receive and direct visitors, answer phones, provide information, and communicate professionally with facility personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal.
