Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Staff the front desk at a technology-focused location, greet visitors, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence.
• Verify visitor credentials, manage sign-in processes, and issue visitor badges as directed.
• Monitor access activity, receive and route calls or deliveries, and report unusual activity or concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel as needed.
