Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Guest Services Security Officer in Boston, MA. You will provide a professional front desk presence, manage visitor access, monitor security systems, and respond to incidents while maintaining a courteous, safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional front desk presence and customer service for employees, visitors, patients, vendors, and/or delivery personnel at a healthcare location.
• Manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals per site policies.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security systems from the front desk area and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner per procedures.
• Maintain visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while protecting confidential information.
