Job summary

Allied Universal in Cle Elum, WA is seeking a part-time Security Officer Front Desk Driver to greet residents and guests, manage access, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a valid driver's license and is part-time with daytime shifts.

You will monitor entry activity, report incidents, and support a welcoming residential environment using our Front Desk procedures. Prior customer service is preferred; basic computer skills help.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and serve as a professional point of contact, greeting visitors, verifying access permissions, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor entry activity, building systems, and communications equipment; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with emergency responders and/or management as needed.
• Assist with resident and guest inquiries, provide directions and information, and help maintain a welcoming residential environment.
